QuadPro

Educational Framework "QuadPro"

The enPiT-Emb has provided an education framework "QuadPro," and promoted the practical education based on project-based learning (PBL). The four abilities nurtured via QuadPro are defined as follows:
QuadPro
QuadPro has a three-tier framework; QProJ, an introductory (junior) program for those students who need to learn technical basics, QProB, a basic course targeting third-year students, and QProA, an advanced curriculum suitable for final-year students.
QProJ: QuadPro Junior
An introductory (junior) program for those students who need to learn technical basics.
QProJ, a Self-learning-based course, provides training materials for individual technical areas and is suitable for those students who need to acquire basics. QProJ will be open to those who are not the target of enPiT2 including second-year students.

QProB: QuadPro Basic
A basic course is targeting third-year students.
In QProB, a simple and pragmatic requirement example is given to the students, who then design and implement software going along with the development phases to learn the software engineering basics. QProB is based on PBL (Project Based Learning) and is intended to be included in a university curriculum.

QProA: QuadPro Advanced
An advanced curriculum suitable for final-year students.
In QProA, the students are expected to be active in the project. With utilizing the ability acquired in QProB, students learn higher technical expertise. We expect QProA to be applied for graduation research in their fourth year.
